The business was founded in 2000 to offer a wide range of IT services including fully managed IT support services, hosted cloud services, cyber security services, VoIP telephony, virtualisation and disaster recovery.

The company is still headed by two of the founding directors Fergus Ramsay, who runs the IT support services side of the business, and Jez Deacon who heads up the software division. Both Fergus and Jez have decades of experience in the IT industry.
