To ensure servers and network equipment keeps working 24/7, a Network Operations Centre (NOC) is essential. The service we provide can detect most server issues before users are aware of them and resolve them at any time of day or night.

In addition to resolving problems 24/7 we carry out most server maintenance outside of business hours to minimise the disruption to users. We agree maintenance time windows with you so that patching and other changes are only carried out during those times.

There is no premium to pay for full 24/7 server maintenance as we take advantage of the economy of scale with the number of servers we maintain to allow us to offer a full 24/7 server maintenance service at cost levels others offer just for business hours coverage.
