Alliance Solutions Ltd was founded in 2000 to provide clients with comprehensive IT management, consultancy and network support to enable partial or complete outsourcing of their IT management and support roles. Our company aim is simply to offer the best levels of customer service in the industry.
This enables our clients to concentrate on their core business activities with the knowledge that their computers, servers, VoIP telephones, mobile devices and software systems are being managed and supported effectively.
The company is run by two of the founding directors and has nine employees and a number of specialist contractors. All our employees undergo extensive training and are encouraged to become an expert in a field that complements the range of IT products and services we support. This ensures that the company has a well rounded skill set to tackle client networks of varying levels of size and complexity.
One of our strengths is that we are one of very few IT support providers that can develop our own system software products. This enables us to quickly adapt and update the tools required to support our clients’ changing needs.
We manage and monitor all our clients’ networks using a specially developed network and server monitoring application which allows us to act before many problems are noticed by our clients’ users.
We take pride in the work that we do and have a strong working relationship with all of our clients and quite often get unprompted thank you emails from clients.
All Alliance Solutions employees undergo extensive training and are encouraged to become an expert in a field of their choosing. This ensures the company has a well rounded skill set to tackle client networks of varying complexity and size.
Our employee training program includes all aspects of practical and theoretical aspects of with working with our accredited partners, which include Microsoft, BlackBerry, Epygi, Kaspersky, Symantec and ZyXEL.
The investment in training combined with client testimonials has resulted in Alliance Solutions being awarded the Microsoft Gold Partner status each year for the last three years!
Our customers were recently independently surveyed in a Microsoft Customer Satisfaction Index survey. From November 2011 this will be a mandatory requirement for all Microsoft Gold Certified Partners.
Our overall technical support satisfaction rating was over 94% compared with the average across all surveyed Microsoft Gold Certified Partners of 69%.
We believe these figures show our dedication to offering the best possible services to our customers. In fact, the majority of our new customers come from referrals from our existing customers.

What sort of person is Alliance Solutions looking for?
We expect applicants to have technical qualifications principally Microsoft credentials but good experience based on fact and practical experience rather than all text book knowledge is essential. We believe in training the right person for the job by means of in house, on line and instructor led courses.
Salary Package?
Salary is dependent on experience. We offer a package that includes a contributory pension scheme, mileage allowance and subsistence.
